Q. Do I need a consultation prior to my treatment?
A. Yes, and even if you have had the same or similar treatment(s) at another medispa or clinic. At SkinEnvie MediSpa & Boutique we take your health, well-being and results seriously. We are committed to providing you with the best treatment plan, to meet and exceed expectations. Our experts go through extensive training to ensure that only the highest standards are met. A consultation is required before every treatment, for us to understand your concerns and goals and to ensure we are offering you the best possible solution according to your needs. We will also review how to take care of your skin pre- and post- procedure.
Q. Why do I need a doctor consultation, prior to receiving injectable procedures?
A. To provide you with the best possible information and personalized treatment plan, a consultation is mandatory with our physician specialist. Your health, safety and results are a top priority for us and we want to make sure that all proper steps are reviewed pre- and post- to procedures. Our doctor or nurse will need to know your medical history, as well as have a clear understanding of your treatment goals. At SkinEnvie Boutique & MediSpa we only recommend treatments best suited for you.
Q. Are any treatments covered by RAMQ?
A. As we are a private clinic, none of our procedures or treatments are covered by RAMQ. If you have private insurance, you must verify with your insurance company directly to find out if your treatment would be covered.
Q. How do I cancel my appointment?
A. Upon booking, we will take your credit card information to guarantee your appointment. We will not charge your credit card until after your appointment. You can cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment, without a fee. Last minute cancellations will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
Q. Is there an age requirement for treatments?
