BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be asked for your credit card information when booking an appointment or consultation. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without fees, with the following exceptions:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 75%* of the service(s).
If you do not show for you a confirmed consultation, you will be charged $50*
*Prices exclude taxes.
TIPPING
Tipping is not required, however, we welcome you to tip your service provider if you wish and are happy with your service.
